Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Your order will be processed once payment confirmation is received.
  • Processing of orders usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
  • Once shipped, we will confirm your order by email or message and also send the tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we deliver to most serviceable areas throughout India. Delivery coverage differs depending on the network of courier service and the PIN code.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of checkout if applicable. Sometimes, we may also offer totally free delivery for some selected items or during some ongoing promotion.

4. Delivery Timeline

We estimate that the delivery would take approximately:

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified about it on your email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to you. The order may be returned back to us if there is any issue like incorrect address, unavailability of recipient and other issues that might be related to the customer. Applicable shipping charges may be charged for delivery of the returned orders.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

In case the product delivered to you is damaged, defective or wrong, you need to contact our customer care in 48 hours from delivery giving them your order details along with the relevant images. We will review your request and take appropriate action in accordance with the return and refund policy.

8. Delays

Although we try to deliver your orders timely, there may arise delays from our side due to reasons like courier issues, natural calamities, governmental restrictions and other causes completely beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
