Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can only be canceled when they have not been processed or shipped out yet.

Delivery cannot be accomplished because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. In case of an order cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment option.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds take a minimum of 5–10 working days to arrive back in the payment account and will show up in the respective account after processing is completed.
  • The time taken before the refund is reflected in the account will be different according to the bank service.

4. Modification of Orders
